There is a huge bug in the system, and I'm getting tired of it.
For the last few months, the bug wouldn't let me upload my own ads, so I had to use copied ads to advertise my products because the stupid system wont let me upload my OWN ads, but it would let me upload other peoples ads.
I said "Alright, I can deal with this"
But today, I spend 5 hours making 5 shirts, and I go to the upload page and it wont let me upload it, I checked the template size, and EVERYTHING else.
Finally I said "Alright, I'm tired of this crap".
I can live without being able to make a ad, but clothe making is the only thing I like about this stupid site anymore.
If I can't make clothes, I might as well quit, cause I know the staff don't care about my problem.

@nack
Ive spent endless days and nights trying to fix it.
I put my clothing, AND an ad, on a USB, and tried to upload it on another computer.
THE OTHER COMPUTER WOULDNT LET ME UPLOAD ITHER.
and I use the same thing everyone uses, paint.net |

Hmm. I used Paint.net too. What format is the image. PDN or PNG?

PDN doesn't work.
Open the shirt or ad in Paint.net.
Click File>Save as then click 'Save as type' and select PNG.
Once you click save, it'll ask you that you need to flatten all the layers. Accept that.
Now you're done. Upload the PNG file, and it'll upload perfectly fine.
I remember I encountered the same problem once. |
