I'm trying to make a click button that turns on/off dynamic headlights... so do I put this in the headlights, the button, or both? (Meesa no knowledge of scripting)
p = Car.Headlights.PointLight script.Parent.ClickDetector.MouseClick:connect(function() p.Enabled = not p.Enabled end) |

| You need to put a touch and touch end function in the seat, and make it have a gui apprear, Then make the gui disable and enable headlights. |

| Its when (assuming that the parent is p) is clicked (p is a brick) that the point light enabled will be true. |

Can you guys give me the exact order this goes in? (like I said, i have little knowledge of scripting, bricks are my thing)
This is what I have right now:
> Seat Inside Seat: (Gui) Carlightgui Inside gui: (Frame) Car Lights Inside frame: TextButton Inside frame: TextLabel
lol, "how quaint." i don't know where to put the scripts. |

WHy don't you just make some brick and put a click detector in it, and make a script like your first one? Much easier.
Don't bother with guis until you know what you're doing. |
