It's literally just a picture with glowing oversized font covering the entire image. |

Some tips on choosing the correct file type:
For images that use transparency, save them as a .png
For images that don't use transparency, save them as a .jpg for a good quality image.
Always save a editable copy!
If you use photoshop then it's a .ps
If it's paint.net then it's .pdn(I think) you may why to double check that.
An editable copy should have all layers and has not been flattened yet. |

Actually I said .jpg
A .jpg is much better quality then .png
