Could we make a scope for a sniper that would...
a) move left, right, up, down on the path of a sphere who's radius is determined by the zoom, and zoom smoothly
b) use ray tracing to prevent moving past objects and spying
c) possibly rotate the sniper to face target. (advanced, since they screwed up welds) |

Raycasting is the geometric use... Raytracing is a rendering technic. |

| Is clocky's AWP the one with the red dot? Because I made one just one step better than that... you clicked and it zoomed 3/4 of the way to your target point. It would keep it at the correct angle and lock the camera. |

So.. Like a zoom simular to this:
It moves on a spherical axis for the best movement. You move with keys? (Left, Up, Right, Down). Click to shoot? And since it's a zoom a HUD? |

No, Roblox doesn't use raycasting for anything. Even reflective parts only use simple reflections, which don't actualy raycast anything. Lighting is all normal based, not raycasted. |

| There is a problem with Clockys AWP. The cursor isn't big enough to cover up even half of my 1440x900 screen. |

| Umm... Aren't cursor's decals? I mean, I know they're made with mouse.Icon, but the assetId is usually from a decal unless for some weird reason, you felt like making it from a t-shirt. =/ |

Oh, well, I guess it is a brick.
Anyway, I tested out the place, matt, but I have one question: Does the sniper even zoom, or just give the decal and make it move when you drag your mouse around? |
