I think they have a time/work system, Ko's earned at their base, time spent in WIJ all goes into a point system, you get promoted by default.
I think.

| You go to 10 trainings, then get cP, then your Cp is removed for no reason, so you go to 5 more, then you get promoted to Rank 2, then you're demoted for aimbotting apparently, then you rage quit and leave. |

For every training you do well at you get career point which is kept track of at the mainfraime and it updated basically hourly by officers+.
3 cP Operative 10 cP Corporal so on |

| High ranks give you cp based on defences, raids, trainings etc according to your performance. |

cP is gained through exceptional performance within WIJ. This cP is added up, and stored at the WIJ- CENTRAL MAINFRAME (http://www.roblox.com/online-WIJ-CENTRAL-MAINFRAME-2-place?id=128495)
As you gain more cP, you in turn, become a higher rank. |

I'm guessing you can't get CP to be an officer??
Also how much for sergeant, and how many CP can you earn a training? 1? |

@ Crak
Is their a way to know how much CP you got? Can you go there and it tells you?
Also, how much do you have Crak? |

| You go to the mainframe and check. It has info/logs on the soldier a long with their cP count and current rank. You can only check if you're Operative+ though. |

The WIJ mainframe tells you how much cP you have.
It's a database of points.
Currently, seeing as I only joined yesterday, I have 8 cP, 2 more until Corporal.
I also have a single 5/5 STA log, which can be used for STA (Shock Trooper Academy) promotions. I have to get a few of those first, though. |

1. Do they just promote you when they have enough, and they check it out every day, or must you pm someone?
2. Can you only check how much CP you have, or can you look at others? |

| You can check ANYBODY'S cP. And once you gain enough cP I believe an HR is notified. |

A HICOM does eventually see it and promote you. However, the mainframe is getting buggy (A new one is being made)
