-Living Creation Bill-
My Goal- This project will allow citizens of the United States of America to own homes at a housing district located at a city which will be decided shortly. Each citizen will be able to purchase a home at a price that works for them.
Home Options- Dorm Room- 25 Robux 250 Tix Condo- 40 Robux 375 Tix Apartment- 50 Robux 520 Tix Apartment Overlooking Water- 55 Robux 560 Tix Small Townhouse- 65 Robux 650 Tix Large Townhouse- 80 Robux 750 Tix One Floor Home- 125 Robux 1,250 Tix Two Floor Home- 150 Robux 1,500 Tix Three Floor Home- 180 Robux 1,750 Tix Small Mansion- 750 Robux 7,650 Tix Oversized Mansion- 2,000 Robux 20,000 Tix
Benefits- The oversized mansion will include a view of the water at the housing district.
Availability- Each home includes a certain amount of units for the entire housing district. Dorm Room- 40-65 Units Condo- 25-35 Units Apartment- 20-30 Units Water Apartment- 17-25 Units Small Townhouse- 7-12 Units Large Townhouse- 6-10 Units One Floor Home- 5-7 Units Two Floor Home- 4-6 Units Three Floor Home- 3-5 Units Small Mansion- 2-4 Units Large Mansion- 1-2 Units
**Each of the homes which are dorm rooms through water apartments is located in a building with multiple floors and a certain amount of units per floor. **
Interior- Each home interior will be completed non-laggy with furniture.
Earnings- The earnings will be used to support the United States of America. We will decide what to use with the earnings in our current budget.
Lag- In order to make this project effective but lag is not a problem to worry about; we will only put the most necessary items inside the home.
Citizens Perspective Goal- Citizens will be able to purchase homes which will make them feel safer at the city if there is a problem. Citizens will be able to visit their homes whenever they wish. Citizens will be happy that they will be able to buy a home for a low price and be able to access it at a popular city of the USA.
Currency Payments- Each type of home is available to purchase with either tickets or Robux. Some homes have one currency at a better value then another. This will allow people to make a variety of choices of which payment to use. Using this system will make this project more realistic to a real estate market in the real world.
Project Planning- The new agency “[USA] Department of Housing and Urban Development” which has joined our nation will be in charge of constructing this plan. They will be maintaining and constructing the homes with our founders reviewing them and making sure each and every part of the homes are perfect for our citizens to enjoy. This will be their first major project as an agency.

I want to change this bill.
Therefore, I abstain until you:
-- Lower the prices. You want people to have homes, don't you?!
-- Make the city Chicago. Call me biased for living 30 miles from Downtown, but I love Chicago and there is Lake Michigan for the water. :3 You can ignore the Chicago River since it's only about 30% water... .-.

In other news, a few years ago the EPA changed the Chicago River's safety rating:
It used to be "toxic," but now it's only "highly polluted." :L

Let me re-explain my Chicago thing.
Make an entire city dedicated to commercial and residential places. DC is too government-y. The normal citizens feel bored.
Chicago is one of the country's best tourist attractions. If you want, you could even make Navy Pier! (Or I could, since I could easily drive there and make a perfect replica, down to the Haagen Das on the boardwalk. xD )
Since Chicago is a tourist attraction, people will maybe like the US for once. xD
This is also perfect for the restaurant bill. Any game passes for DC would work in Chicago. Also, if California is being made, why not the even better Illinois? :3

P.S: The IL in my signature definitely doesn't mean Illinois... >:3 |

| Aye, to those voting Nay because of lag, fully read it please as it is stated a few times, the plan is to do this while getting rid of as much lag as possible. Also the prices should not be lowered, if anything they should be raised. |

| @term -- Then we'd have virtually homeless people roaming around the streets... Wait.... That sounds like Chicago to me. Okay, keep the prices where they're at. :L |

| Nay. I believe DC in real life is a busy city, and crowded. Therefore, they don't have room for houses. I would vote for apartments, though. |
