I have all the gameplay stuff down for the game. What I don't really have is the decorative stuff.
The game's setting, for example, is unknown to me. You can rule out fantasy because I plan a fantasy event where players can get spell modifications for their grenades like fireballs and lightning bolts etc. Apart from that I don't know where or when it'll be set.
I also need music to make the atmosphere of the game more lively. I have a couple of ideas but more input would be appreciated
Feel free to give me ideas for this.

| I quite like reactive maps, like if you shot a button it causes a bridge to retract, causing the people on it to fall into lava below. |

or they could fight in a giant factory!
like, first there's simply a giant conveyor belt. a little bit later, giant green objects fall from the hole in the ceiling. then, everyone is transported to a machine that heats everything up. then, the green parts are compressed into a giant ball. then, the green objects get a design. and THEN, a black line is inserted. it is lit, and the green ball explodes, ending that map. so it's fighting in a giant grenade factory |

| I can see how you could script it, but how would it work as a map. A huge grenade is too small. |

A Rubix cube map. Made of a 5x5x5 cube of smaller cells, each one different, the map is randomly rotating to form new shapes. There will be bridges around the rim, but you cannot use it to move armoud the outside.
The objective is in the canter. |

I've noted a couple of these maps.
Does anyone just have an overall setting I can base most maps around?

| I think a slightly ruined theme setting, but sci fi. Towns have a long deserted look, but are not yet destroyed (everything is overgrown, maybe a few plants growing in houses) and automated facilities are all rusty, with components not working or are looted for scrap. |
