I, out of all honestly, think Paid Access games should not be practiced anymore. It makes games so inaccessible and ROBLOX says "Join Over A Million Builders For Free!" Are you kidding me!? Soon so many games are going to be paid access and we won't even be able to play games.
And my other problem is even if they keep paid access give us ALL the money. I know there is a marketplace fee for most stuff (shirts, pants, etc..) but we deserve to get the money we earn. For example NBC people only get 2 robux if they sell a 25 robux paid access. Are you kidding me?
I know all of this rich Builders Club Members are going to say how we are poor noobs...
ROBLOX should change something about this before it dies. .-.
Feel free to leave your opinions! :D

" It makes games so inaccessible" Hundreds of thousands of users can afford it. The point is to limit access based of desirability via currency.
"'Join Over A Million Builders For Free!' Are you kidding me!?" Roblox is still free, and always will be. You can build, script, and share places you made. There are uncountable numbers of places you can join, for free.
"Soon so many games are going to be paid access and we won't even be able to play games. " Not only is that have no backing we have evidence that really won't be the case. Are all places made by BC members BC only? No, infact only a tiny portion are. This same idea will almost guaranteed be the same for Paid Access. Only a small percentage are Paid Access, and hundreds of thousands of users with hundreds of thousands of places will not use the Paid Access feature.
" but we deserve to get the money we earn." That's called entitlement. You don't deserve anything. Roblox allows you to participate in the use of their in-game currency at their own discretion. The currency, as any real life currency, belongs to them, not you. 10% income is still a large amount compared to the normal NBC income, so the proper thing is to be grateful they have given you access to high income at all. I know, even though I have no current plans to use Paid Access, I am grateful for a new feature, allowing new avenues of income and distribution of my content. If you noticed, selling gear only earns you 10% as well. Not to mention the fact that BC members are paying real money for in-game benefits and services, higher income is pretty expected.
"ROBLOX should change something about this before it dies. .-." Roblox won't die from this, things will go on for the most part unchanged. |

@tec Why are you supporting paid access? I think it is an awful idea and you are probably making a huge profit from it I think it is a cheap way to get profit |

They only get like 25 robux...
They couldn't EVER get 1,000 in one day.

@tec "Roblox is still free, and always will be. You can build, script, and share places you made. There are uncountable numbers of places you can join, for free."
Wrong you are. The definition of free is no charge, or fee. Regardless of if it is virtual money or not, there is a charge/fee. 25 ROBUX is a price, therefore it no longer fits within the category of "free" (that is ROBLOX doesn't). The 2011 or 2012 advertisement that stated, "Roblox, it's free!", has now been trampled on. ROBLOX is no longer free and here is why;
The advertisement said that you, "play for free". I can no longer play for free because there is now a direct charge to enter a game. If there is a charge, the game becomes p2p. So now because of this, ROBLOX is considered a p2p game, even if you have the option for paid access. When BC games came out the game was still F2P, this is because BC games are a perk of Builders Club. You are not directly paying for the BC game access, but instead just receiving perks for supporting the game.
I do believe I've covered everything here...
@tl;dr's
ROBLOX isn't f2p anymore, and tec doesn't know what he's talking about. |

"Why are you supporting paid access?" Because it is something worth supporting.
"I think it is an awful idea" Yet you fail to show anything other than an opinion, at least I made a full point, backed with reason.
"and you are probably making a huge profit from it" Let me quote what you obviously didn't read from my post, "I have no current plans to use Paid Access" That means I don't profit from it at all as I'm not using it.
"I think it is a cheap way to get profit" Daily income is even cheaper a way, as it requires zero work, and making a non-paid access place is even easier as you don't have to convince people to pay to go. :T
"I know right! " You didn't even rebut a single point I made, so you obviously don't know. :T

| Even if they do give you 100% of the payment people are just going to be encouraged to do so. Right now you hardly get any of it so it will make people not want to make their game paid access. |

"Wrong you are. The definition of free is no charge, or fee." Correct, and you can still play millions of user made games, and make your own, for no charge. Free, no fee.
"Regardless of if it is virtual money or not, there is a charge/fee." Depends on the perspective, seeing as I could earn that virtual currency that has no cash value, and I could do so in-game, it's really just time, so therefore still free.
"25 ROBUX is a price," With no cash value. Lots of things do similar things and are free. For example, if I give you a coupon for a free pizza, but you have to turn in that coupon to redeem it, that pizza is still free, but it required a currency with no cash value (the coupon).
"therefore it no longer fits within the category of 'free' (that is ROBLOX doesn't)." Two things here; We have already shown how Paid Access games can still fall under the definition of free since they have no cash value exchange. Secondly ROBLOX is NOT the games on it. ROBLOX is a platform that lets you collect hats and user made content, as well as build and script your own game, and host it. Free. Games on ROBLOX are no ROBLOX by any means. So ROBLOX can still advertise as a free game even if we didn't use the jurisdiction of real cash value, and further yet it can still advertise, "Thousands of free games" as it does still have countless ones that are not Paid Access.
"The 2011 or 2012 advertisement that stated, 'Roblox, it's free!', has now been trampled on. ROBLOX is no longer free and here is why;" As covered, ROBLOX is not the games on it, and is free, unarguably. |

@TheTwister, You're just blowing it out of proportion. You're making it sound like every member of ROBLOX is going to switch it on, which they wont, so please stop being so melodramatic. This feature has downsides and upsides when it's employed by a user, which need to be weighed up respectively.
If you don't like this new feature, don't use it. It's that simple.

The game is free, you don't spend money on Roblox to play no matter what. That is why it's still called free.

If they want to screw up the game, then let them. They've been doing a good job for the last 3 or 4 years.
