Me & some friends were building at a PS (Personal sever) building a neighborhood. Anyways, I said "I hate this paint tool. It's so dull." and they agreed. I told them I made some rainbow windows for the "daycare" and I said it was a "sad rainbow".
What I think is that ROBLOX should replace the dull paint colors in PSs with better colors. Like, the paint bucket (http://www.roblox.com/Paint-Bucket-item?id=18474459). It has lots of good colors in it. Neon, dark, & pastel (light). Whichever colors you like, you have an option for them.

Roblox has a limited amount of colors, and I don't think a tool can bypass this limitation.

Well, just make it 2 paint tools. (the dull paint - and the bright paint) support.

50% support. Personally me and my friends like the colours you think are 'dull' and on personal servers we usually use them. I can see of course why you want the paint bucket, but there aren't many colours on the bucket that I like.

Why not add in your own paint tool into starter pack?

Just add the paint bucket tool to the starterpack, or put in Build V3, which has a very wide range of colors.
