This bill is in corresponds to the destruction of corruption in USA. All impeachment are final and permanent. Once you have been impeached you can never take that position of any higher in that department. In order to impeach an individual you must either (A) present that person to congress and have them vote or (B) have the official within your department vote and have at least 3 congressman sign it agreeing. No impeachment a are official unless typed on a forum.

Nay.
There is a specific way to impeach officials:
1. A Representative introduces a Bill to impeach said individual. 2. If/When the House gets a 2/3 vote, the individual is "impeached" and will undergo a trial with the Senate as jury. 3A. If the Senate-jury finds the defendant guilty unanimously, the individual is fully impeached. 3B. If the Senate-jury finds the defendant not guilty or doesn't reach a unanimous vote, the individual is "acquitted" and keeps said job.
INFO:
Only 3 RL presidents have been impeached, but each has been acquitted so that they keep their job. |

Sorry, corrections:
A few Representatives serve as prosecutors.
The Chief Justice is the judge for the trial.
If the Senate-jury reaches a 2/3 guilty vote, the individual is then fully impeached.
This is only for Presidential impeachments. In other impeachment trials, the VP is the judge, and due to an error in the Constitution, the VP would serve as judge in his/her own impeachment trial. xD
Sorry for the mistakes. :\

One more correction:
The 2nd Impeached President was Richard Nixon, who resigned before his Impeachment Trial (with the Senate). He was never acquitted as he had resigned the day before the trial. |

| Nay. Shouldn't be permanent. Temporary, for a month or such. But not permanent. |
