"Service- All members are permitted to serve as they see fit."
In accordance to the Constitution, all members, regardless of rank, are permitted to serve the Motherland as they see fit. With this, does that mean that all high ranks are not required to serve through hosting activities? If the Constitution legitimately applies to UAF, why should the high command set a number of activities a high rank may host weekly? Not all high ranks prefer to only serve through hosting activities. Should they not be able to serve through attending events, commanding a division, or improving minor group flaws? |

Untrue. They may still host activities, they simply aren't required to.
And just because they don't host activities doesn't mean they have to be inactive. |

You're an idiot, sir.
Of course, I didn't mean that. But if the Constitution doesn't always have to be takes seriously, doesn't that mean I can get away with what I just said scotch-free using your excuse? |

if people actually followed the constitution and member rights, then HRs break them all the time, due to the fact that members have the right to express themselves freely in speech, aka HRs can't tell people to be silent without breaking the member rights.

@WillingRoblox
Just because another rule is consistently being broken doesn't give an excuse for this one to be. |

You're correct, We, as HRs can serve the motherland as we see fit. But, the key word is "serve" Doing nothing is not serving, the rule has been placed just to show you're actually serving. |

| This isn't a loophole. In fact, I find it quite obvious. Loopholes are generally saying things like "You said don't talk, and I didn't.; I typed." |

"May" serve. Not have to serve. I still find your response adequate and I agree that there should be a rule moderating activity.
I said nothing about not serving. I was referring to serving in ways besides hosting activities. There are many ways to be considered active. |

Oh, so you're saying the rule should be expanded upon. Like, for an example, you want to make a better connection with an ally, therefore too busy to host any activities. Or you're working on a big project for UAF and doesn't give you time to host anything. If this is what you mean, I can agree, but it can sadly be used as an excuse to get out of the way of a demotion.

| Perhaps if the alternate versions of serving could be Commander-approved everything would be more efficient. |

Well, it is a good idea, but y'know, in a time like this. We're assisting in a war of many clans, and so is most of our allies. The war itself is making ally bonds better, and projects can wait.
So, overall, great idea, not good time. |

| All highranks are required to host at least 2 activities per week, unless they request otherwise, which is rather common knowledge |

| BloxMan, that's a bit besides the point. It's not the fact that you set it up, it's the fact that it evokes the Constitution. |

| I think it is a great idea, but wrong time like dark, because we need to be committed to UAF during the war, not working on projects. But excuses are a threat in this idea. |

| This isn't an excuse. I'm a Lieutenant, and the Constitution apparently applies more so toward me. I've no reason to be active (don't misinterpret that.) |
