Make a lighter shade of ambient and outdoor ambient in the lightings properties. or Uncheck globalshadows.
Or add a light source. Insert/basicobjects/pointlight or spotlight into a part. |

It seems like you have global shadows on, go into Explorer > Properties > Lighting > scroll down where it says "Global Shadows" and uncheck the box. Exit and save {Reopen studio because sometimes the shadows still stay.}
If that doesn't work change the ambient, also make it lighter. I believe somewhere in properties it says something like "Shadow color" {Where you can change the shadow's color} change that to a white, and make it lighter.
OR you can simply add a pointlight to brighten the place, if that doesn't help you, in "Lighting" it should show "Brightness" make that higher. |
