If any HR-in-training wishes to host a training, raid, or rally, they must be given the express consent of an HR who either is or is not present during the duration of the activity. The HR giving permission assumes all responsibility should the activity turn out to be in violation of allowed activities.

Prior to hosting such an activity, the host or HR granting permission must shout the time, location, and purpose of the activity as well as all important notifications on the previous shout, or post to a Group Status. They are expected to use brackets ("[" "]") to classify the activity according to the appropriate category given in the Shouting Guide. They are also expected to shout over themselves AFTER the activity has finished.

-------------

- TRAININGS -

All trainings should not exceed one hour. They should include a mixed variation of courses and skills. Namely, these should include obstacle courses, close-quarters combat (e.g. with knives or swords), gun dueling, and disciplining. However, the trainer in question is permitted to add more categories of learning as long as they are deemed appropriate and in relevance to military training. The trainer is expected to use the tools given within the training grounds to create an as-realistic-as-possible combat environment, although the tools they use and whether they use them or not will be left to their discretion. Trainers are expected to either have Admin or Temporary Admin in order to enforce their trainings. A maximum of two co-hosts and one host may be present. The Host should be present through the duration of the entire training and should NOT leave the Training Grounds without appointing an equally or more responsible host. Those who speak out or disrupt the training may be punished by the host or co-hosts in a way that is appropriate to the severity of their transgressions. The punisher with admin is NOT permitted to char, hat, jail, loopkill, or otherwise abuse their admin to punish the trespasser. Should admin abuse occur, the admin abuser may either face trial or have their admin removed either permanently or temporarily from all group related places. This is at the discretion of someone with a higher rank.

- RAIDS -

Raids are expected to be an activity which allows soldiers and leaders alike to improve their skills as a higher rank and as a combatant. Should anyone present at the raid reflect poorly upon the group in any way, they will be punished accordingly by the leader or lieutenant of the raid upon returning to the group's base or rally center from which the raid was launched. Raids should not exceed three hours unless it is a multiple-raiding session. Participants within the raid are expected to obey all orders given by a higher rank or the host of the raid to the best of their abilities. People of higher rank of the host are NOT permitted to enforce any power unless directed by the Host. Should a hacker or an Admin Abuser be present during the raid, all troops are required to IMMEDIATELY return to the rally center or base (from which the raid was launched) and correspond effectively in order to either terminate the raid or find another base to raid. Should anyone have been wrongly kicked, banned, or crashed wrongly by one of the group admins present, they should bring this up to the raid leader, who must speak with an HR of the other group to make sure that the Admin Abuser is appropriately punished to the extent of the other group's law and judicial system. All raids are immediately canceled should there be any mass raids occurring at Vegius' own bases, in which case all troops are immediately recalled and ordered to defend. What constitutes a mass raid is a raid in which the "Raider" team has captured the flag and won three or more raids in the same raiding session and have more than ten members on their team.

- RALLIES -

Rallies are places and events for rallying troops before a raid or to generally increase pride and demonstrate character within the legions. They cannot exceed 30 minutes and must have the consent of an HR to be hosted. They can include speeches, small parties, and raids as part of the rally, or have the rally be part of the raid. Admin Abusing is banned at all rally centers. Enemy troops are not permitted to raid rally centers.

--------

Thus concludes the Vegius Guide to Trainings, Rallies, and Raids. Should you have any questions, immediately contact an HR. If anyone was in violation of the said rules upon this guide, also report them to an HR.

Signed,

The HRs of the Vegius Legions
