at Six Flags Over Texas?
She was riding the Texas Giant (its a very jumpy ride) and her restrictions came off and she flew out of the cart
makes me not wanna ride the Texas Giant ever again o.o |

It's very unfortunate.
On a related note, the flume ride Shoot the Rapids at Cedar Point rolled back while going up the lift hill and flipped over, submerging the passengers who were still strapped in. Luckily bystanders jumped in and flipped it before anybody drowned, but one person was taken to the hospital but was quickly released due to head injuries.
I am a roller coaster fanatic myself, but when things go wrong, they go wrong. |

I don't know too much about this but I saw the headline suggesting she wasn't wearing the seatbelt on the ride?
Again, I don't know for sure but if that's the case... :\
It very well could be the fair's fault though.
yeah. |

@goalied
Her constraints (the padded bars that go over your torso) weren't tight enough due to the park employee not double checking it |

I see. But then again aren't there seatbelt deals you pu on as well as a precaution?
Or did that ride not have those?
On a side note...
I had those constraints come loose on me once on a ride :\ I survived after repeatedly slamming it back down and hyperventilating. |

Maybe she slipped out of the seatbelt due to gravity being forced down on her once she lost her constraints
When I rode it, it felt like I was gonna slip out too
But trust me, it was WAYYYY worse before they added steel to the ride, the cart would bounce on and off the track throughout the ride, felt like soon enough it was gonna derail |
