Most script builder maps are created on the basis of loadstring. It's a simple function which takes a string and gives back a function chunk (with two binary headers).
So, if you were to start off, you would do:
Game['Players']['PlayerAdded']:connect( function(p) p['Chatted']:connect( function(m) local f, err = loadstring(m) -- err is the interpretation error, if there is one if not err then f() end end) end)
Using that, anything that is chatted is run as a script, for simplicity. |
