This isn't the type of argument that is "Oh, I'm better then you."
I have to go soon, so I'll try and make it short.
My old 2ic, of an old reformed group has done much on the "politics," grammar, maturity part of a "clan life." But what she doesn't seem to understand is her ability to fight is terrible, I've encouraged her to work on it.
In this reform we're turning our group into an academy for now, to train every member to become a HR. Once we have our HRs set then I'll change it to be a real clan, so I promoted her to Tier 5 (our of 6) because of her past experiences with me, then I realized that was unfair because she didn't earn it, unlike the other members who also served in the other group that reformed.
So, I demoted her to Tier 2, and after having a large argument I promoted her back to Tier 3, which is half-way through the academy because I felt she had half of the overall skills need, grammar, maturity etc.
But her combat is.. as said... lacking from the other members and she does not seem to make an EFFORT to get better instead she just complains and makes excuses, while my 3ic is working hard to improve his fighting.
She has done MUCH but that was in different groups. She posted this on the wall... so you get her point-of-view.
@Spot: I'm tried of hearing myself complaining. But you're right ... in a way. Evidently DM has thrown away all my work that I did for Denmark and the Ambroscus Nation and expects me to start anew. That means 20 hours of building down the trash. Along with 5 hours drafting blueprints and several more hours creating forum posts, recruiting, writing law codes, and doing stupid research on the Constitution. Forgive me but that seems like a LOT. And DM, I know you think Augustus is a failure, but don't bottle it in, let it out. And why don't we write "Waffle Sucks" all over Octavian? That'll be a good way to show I'm a pathetic builder. I know what you told Gato last night and I know what you asked him.
I asked gator to be NEUTRAL in our "argument" I even considered exiling her but felt that would be like a dictatorship.
So... what should her punishment be if any?

In a group, punishment should always be up to the leader. Though, the punishment has to be great enough to solve the problem.

The problem is my 3ic, I don't want him gone. My 2ic also cost me BC, so with her gone I wouldn't have to spend more. |

If she is a good friend atleast make her Tier 4. ( Should help abit.. ) If you two are fighting I have an idea, if you're a good friend then the group is just going to destroy your friendship. I suggest picking your friends other then a group, if you both wanna do the group I suggest doing the Tier 4 thing.
