1. Always use blockmeshes, and make all sides welded. 2. Use symmetry on all blockmeshes/specialmeshes 3. NEVER use wedges, those guys are pain in the ass to put on right. 4. Don't use the cylinder under special mesh, just use a cylindermesh. Otherwise roblox's buggyness will get you. 5. Don't EVER even think of using the translation tool, unless you are moving a large, free, anchored object.

Number 3 has very few exceptions. Like making pathways, or hills.

1. Always use blockmeshes, and make all sides welded.
-doesn't work for vehicles with regular wheels, also meshes are unecessary if you're a careful builder, as you can just make the weld point meet right and therefore invisible
3. NEVER use wedges, those guys are pain in the ass to put on right.
- just no

I don't do any of these.
1. Always use blockmeshes, and make all sides welded.
-I only use BlockMeshes when I want a part smaller than 0.2...
2. Use symmetry on all blockmeshes/specialmeshes
-I always use Custom FormFactor, it's the only one where I can get detailed enough.
3. NEVER use wedges, those guys are pain in the ass to put on right.
-Wedges saves me time from calculating Pythagorean (Sp?) Theorem.
4. Don't use the cylinder under special mesh, just use a cylindermesh. Otherwise roblox's buggyness will get you.
-I use the CylinderMesh more than I use actual Cylinders... CylinderMesh can be streched, even if it's physics are still a Block. The alternative is a Cylinder with the physics of a Ball...
5. Don't EVER even think of using the translation tool, unless you are moving a large, free, anchored object.
-I agree with this one... Only because I use a plugin anyways...
