Which is pretty much how most people are able to RobloxLock themselves or set earlier said bool to true.
If you lot only had level two security context, the best you could do is remove/disable the localscript as soon as it is added to you and hope for the best. Or disable it, or remove it (which by setting its parent to nil it can prevent anyway).
With that said, some advice. tostring() doesn't compare with the RobloxLocked bool and neither does game.Debris:AddItem().

RobloxLocked doesn't effect the script the can't change the context if the parent = nil because nil is nil to be found. Also, RobloxLocked says nothing about already having a script in you once you join. So when they first join it already checks.

They are hooking corescripts or starterscripts. Whatever one their leaked program catches first. These (believe it or not) tend to execute as the game is loading, before the game has loaded and most of them definitely before server scripts in the actual game.
If they RobloxLock themselves at this stage, your script will error whilst trying to index them. Furthermore, if they set their ScriptContext.ScriptsDisabled to true, the script won't run once it is added to them.
Also, can you further explain your first sentence? I didn't quite catch it. Word it more clearly pls.

@Pyro, ScriptContext is a service that governs all running scripts in the place, with it disabled any script in the place just stops. So Game:GetService("ScriptContext").Disabled = true --and bam all scripts are dead. |

The :AddItem() method of Debris can be used to remove a RobloxLocked object.
