I have seen lately that some academies have undergone some reformations. The thing about reformations is it hinders the process of getting Americans employed, and hinders the protection of the citizens. I have seen that recently the Secret Service Academy underwent a reformation but instead of the “High Ranks” in the group being demoted and reformed, it was just the lower ranks who were working towards getting into the Secret Service. Really if you do a reformation it should be everyone, not just a specific few, you can’t always trust the higher ranks, even if they are your “Friends”. Yes I do understand that some of them could have been liabilities, or could have used more training, but they also worked hard to get to the rank they were at and that is something I find unfair. I vote that from now on if ANY division of the USA and its academies wish to undergo a reformation, it should be approved by the President, Vice President, White House Staff, and Congress (Director and Deputy Director of the division is included within WHS). No not just ONE of those listed, ALL of them, and ALL of Congress MUST vote on it otherwise it will not happen. If this bill is passed and the Directors and/or Deputy Directors disagree with it and don’t follow the bill before doing a reformation, then they will be replaced with a better suited member. Also if the reformation happens without the vote of everyone listed in the groups above then the Director and/or Deputy Director will be put on suspension until the members of the groups listed above decide how to handle the situation. For the reformation to happen, 75% of the members in the groups listed above must agree to the reformation. |

Yeah, I like your point but this part, "ALL of Congress MUST vote on it otherwise it will not happen." I disagree with that. They shouldn't ALL have to vote for it. That's all from me. |

Nay
You failed to clarify what a "reform" is. Should we make it illegal for directors to exile people from their departments or making any changes? The President simply isn't going to know as much about every department's situations as that department's directors will. Leave the decision to those that actually know what they're doing. |

Changing to nay.
You fail to define what a reform would entail. |

A reform is demoting everyone to the lowest rank in the group. Yes they are needed but it has happend 3 times this week in the Secret Service alone, it is ridiculous, and they only did the LOW RANKS not the HIGH RANKS who are mostly the friends of the Director and Deputy Director, these groups need people who are qualified to do the jobs they are assigned and won't just put friends ahead of the group. Also at 93E, I am not talking about US doing the reforms, I am meaning the Directors should get approval before doing one. At Vulture, if the SS knew what in the hell they were doing they wouldn't have had to do 3 freaking reforms in ONE week if you would think on that please, and who is to say that other Directors won't do the same thing now or in the future. At Sgar, clearly you didn't read the forum correctly or you are meaning that Congress and the others listed SHOULDN'T have a say. Also to those who are voting twice, please stop, that is utterly annoying and ignorant to do, you are a congressman, buck up and behave if you would please, your vote only counts once not twice so don't use alts and your main to vote, you vote on one of the accounts and that is that.
Not meaning to be rude or anything but come on guys, look around you and think on things, I put thought into what you all say in the other bills and think on it before I give my answer and look at the facts and proof. I don't just read it as quickly as I can and put yes or no. |

| If this was approved, most of the agencies wouldn't follow this in the first place. |
