This is mainly an argument for superpowers.
The reason I'm asking for this is that I may create a topic for it in the next NFC meeting, perhaps one could benefit us. My main argument is whether the boost in activity could compensate for the inaccuracy of awarding people with a rank without any supervision.

I know it's rather easy to say yes or no, but when it comes down to it, this really is an idea that only works given specific terms.
I'm interested in knowing what you guys think are specific traits that will make clans succeed in having these recruitment obbies.

Obbies are a good part to also start a training.
They give the members a much more attention increase and allow them to focus more on the actual training. It prepares them for what's ahead and overall can show a positive effect on the rest of the training.
Entry obbies, eh, not the best of bright ideas. |
