_1. //Introduction//
This is the official Informational Guide for RASWAT. Everything in this guide is pertaining to both high ranks and low ranks in LS. Reading this guide will hopefully ensure that you are well aware of the rules, and all aspects of RASWAT. Ignoring this guide will not be a very productive move, as it will limit the amount of information you have on RASWAT and our policies. It is highly recommended that all RASWAT personnel/members read this guide thoroughly.
If you have any questions concerns, or suggestions regarding the information on this guide, please feel free to contact Laminous, iManipulate, Zaflon using either private messaging or xf.
_2. //On Duty/Off Duty Clarification//
In this chapter you will be briefed on the difference between being on duty and being off duty. The terms on duty and off duty will be used a lot in the guide, and if you don’t know the difference, you should make sure to read this section.

_4. //High Rank Rules//
This section pertains to only members above the rank of “[-HR-] [-Major-]” **
All High ranks are required to follow the basic rules Chapter 3 - along with the high rank rules. You are to strictly follow these rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in an investigation regarding your misconduct, followed by a fair punishment if the investigation deems you wrong.
Rule 1: Do not abuse the group shout. All shouts should be related to LS only (raids, trainings, events, etc.) No non-group related items should be in the group shout, unless authorized by Laminous, iManipulate, and Zaflon.
Rule 2: Do not overshout others without permission using the group shout. You should only overshout when given permission, if the shout is old, or if it has been at least 30 minutes since the shout was made, and the shout is now irrelevant.
Rule 3: Do not direct members to an event as a raid that isn’t an official enemy. (Doing so may result in your immediate removal from the high rank team.)
Rule 4: Do not auto-promote anyone to a high rank, everyone should work equally for their rank. Although, you may request approval from a Co-Commander or Laminous, Zaflon, and/or iManipulate. Do not promote your friends without good reason, they must earn it like all other members.
Rule 5: Do not argue with nor harass another high rank or diplomat from an allied clan. Should this issue arrive please contact me.
Rule 6: Do not kick/ban anyone from RASWAT games/places unless they are breaking either the ROBLOX ToS or our rules.

_6 //Promotion Guide//
Earning a promotion in RASWAT is easier than you may think. However, promotions are not given - they are earned. We do not judge upon knockouts & wipeouts - we do based on activity, loyalty, trustworthy, combat skills, and many other things. These are all important terms to succeed at for easy promotions. This chapter will guide you on simple ways to earn promotions.
Quick Promotions:
-Trainings
-Special Events
-Raids
-etc.
Long-Term Promotions:
Loyalty (Creating legitimate things to increase overall productivity in RASWAT., offering technology, economic goods, training areas, bases, etc.)
Activity (Being active on group wall, attending events, trainings, raids, helping recruit, etc.)
Skill (Excelling during clan activities or non-game-wise skill.)
You will not be promoted for doing anything that has no effect on the group, simply doing nothing in the group for an extended period of time will not have you promoted for service. Grammar would be appreciated but you will be judged due to your grammar.
Things you may be demoted for:
-Team-killing
-Flaming
-Exploiting
-Breaking the Rules
-Doing anything that will around damage the progress of the group.
_7 //Training Guide//
In order to comply with our newfound rules and enhance the effectivity of trainings, we are instilling new training rules as well. Trainings will be conducted professionally with many aspects to focus for one goal - improving your combat and discipline.
For a successful RASWAT training, the training should have at least 10 members (not including high ranks). During the training, things will be implemented such as combat, skill, discipline, maturity, and primarily focusing on essential aspects such as completing an obstacle course, sword fighting, gun fights, player vs player, team vs team, juggernaut, gun training, sword lessons, and more that are needed for the following training.
Disciplined trainings will include a commander that will discuss the commands, you are required to memorize them or write them down. RASWAT will move fast, thus you will need to move fast. Practice raids, skilfull events held by an administrator of the training will also be held in trainings. These are some aspects for a successful training view for LS.
After each training, the high rank in charge of the training must send a training confirmation message to Debt, iManipulate or the acting director of training. The confirmation message must contain the following information:
Time that the training started. (Eastern Standard Time)
Time that the training ended. (Eastern Standard Time)
How long it took for 10+ Members to show up.
Names of the people who were/need to be promoted.
5. How the training went on a scale of 1-10 (10 being wonderful, 1 being absolutely terrible)
_8 //High Rank Mission//
In RASWAT, we currently have an average high rank team. Although we have good high ranks, we are not perfect. In order to ensure that our high ranks are meeting our expectations - we are finally initiating the High Rank Mission. This mission will be conducted in order to keep an eye on every high rank, what they are doing - and how active they are within RASWAT.
With that being said, we will be gaining a good amount of new high ranks, that have proven loyalty, and should be given a chance to advance into the high rank position of the clan. If you feel as if people who were promoted didn't deserve to get high ranks, just speak to either iManipulate or Laminous, and we will try to settle it as best as we see fit. If you think someone deserves a high rank, please feel free to inform Debt, or the acting Director of Staff Relations.
We will be secretly hiring members that are going to be called “Watchdogs”. These members are to attend trainings, and other events - and keep an eye on how the high rank who is hosting the event behaves, treats the members, and many other aspects. Watchdogs are not allowed to tell others that they have been given this position - and if we find out that they did, they will be removed from the watchdog team. Watchdogs are given no additional superiority to any high ranks, or any low ranks.
