I. ATTENDING TRAININGS
[1] At trainings, all members attending are required to be quiet. [2] Walk in and go line up in STS in front of the stage. [3] Most of the time if you are late, the server will already be locked and you will not be allowed to enter. However, if the server is not locked, walk in and go to wherever they are for further instruction WITHOUT disturbing the other members. [4] Do not ask for admin. If you are a HR and you do not have admin, you will receive it if the Trainer wants you to have it. [5] Always ask for PTS (permission to speak) if you would like to say something. [6] What the high rank says, goes. Always. [7] Absolutely no complaining or flaming towards the Trainers or other members. [8] Always be in uniform.
II. ATTENDING DEFENSES/RAIDS
[1] At raids or anywhere on duty, uniform is always required [2] Do not do whatever YOU think is the best thing to do. Always listen to the raid leader. If you have permission to speak however, you can tell an idea that may or may not be turned down. [3] The defense/raid leader has say in when to leave. If there is an exploiter and the leader says to leave, listen. [4] Do not randomly flame everything and everyone in the server. [5] If there is a Hide Name button, usually you will want to use it. [6]When in the base, unless instructed, STAY in the base and protect. [7] The purpose of a defense/raid is to win, not goof off. Goofing off will jeopardize the chances of us winning. [8] Unless told to speak in game, do not talk at all. A lot of games have chat bubbles and will expose where you may be hiding. [9] No complaining or flaming towards anyone in T.R.B.O.2 in game it's rude to others and an annoyance as well as distraction to those not involved.
III. HOSTING TRAININGS
[1] Do not give admin to any low ranks. [2] Do not goof off. If you are hosting a training, you are a role model. [3] Have planned ideas ready so you don't blank out during a training. [4] It's your training, not the low ranks'. You can ask their preference on things, but don't let them control your plans. [5] Do not constantly stay on one certain activity. Diversity is important. [6] Don't let other high ranks take over your training. If you hosted it, it is yours unless you pass it off to someone else. [7] If high ranks mess around, feel free to warn then and kick them. [8] Do not have high tolerance over people who do not follow the rules. Teach them how discipline in T.R.B.O.2 works. [9] If high ranks there come and do not participate like the other members and you need game space, nicely ask them to leave. If they refuse and continue to not participate, kick them from the game. [10] Server lock the game whenever you feel is necessary. [11] Be firm, not bossy.
IV. HOSTING DEFENSES/RAIDS
[1] Make sure everyone, including yourself, is in uniform. [2] Do not let other people take over your raid. Give firm instructions, but don't be disrespectful. [3] If a member is doing something out of hand, give them a warning. If it happens again, give them consequences. [4] You give the instructions. Do not let other people do whatever they want. If you are the defense/raid leader, you need to find the best plan. However, recommendations from others are okay if they have permission to speak. [5] Be a role model. You're a high rank. [6] If you lose, don't get angry and take it out on other people. Find your faults and try again next time.
