due to being extremely bored i decided to make a thread that pretty much goes over a few things you need to know and make sure you're following in order to have a successful elitist group/pmc. i'll be going over a few things, so if you're actually willing to make an elitist group i suggest you read the whole thing.
please remember that this guide is for an elitist group itself, not an elitist division for a superclan (although some tips may apply for both)
1.) make sure the group is it's own thing and doesn't sponsor a specific clan
they key to gathering a professional team, or people with talent is finding them from all over the clan-world. when you have people with potential coming from a mixed variety of clans there's obviously going to be issues when you practice raid one of the clans a few of your members are in. this is something you should definitely consider avoiding unless you are able to get each and every one of your members to have a backup alt in the group which they could raid on.
2.) start fighting the decent clans, and work your way up to the more prominent clans.
you're probably going to get made fun of for doing this, but it's definitely a good way to improve. your team will get used to working with eachother on the way up there, and will cooperate much well on the battlefield.
3.) have a **ts3** server for group operations
this is definitely useful, voice communication is a major asset and can give you a huge advantage over your enemy. i specifically prefer TS3 because it's optimized for gaming unlike skype. raidcall will work too, but i still prefer TS3.
4.) control your members, but let them have their fun at the same time.
remember, people like to enjoy their fun on this game, and don't dare to take that away from them. as long as they attend trainings and pay attention, let them do whatever you want.
5.) your enemy is refusing to fight? publicly pressure them.
sometimes people like refusing a fight for pointless and ridiculous reasons *cough* tgi *cough*, so your next option would be to stack bricks on them until they break. the longer they keep refusing, the longer they will look like cowards.
6.) don't make too many ranks
3-5 ranks is good, anything above that means you have unnecessary ranks that shouldn't be where they are.
rank 1 - someone you've noticed with potential or has been recommended to you by several members.
rank 2 - a more experienced user that is capable of working with a team.
rank 3 - mlg pro stitches10 swag people
rank 4 - admin/2ic
rank 5 - you
7.) choose one of your members who you feel is an appropriate standard for the group, and have that person conduct evaluation tests.
this is something i did with all of my groups. i chose a decent professional that i felt is a perfect standard for our group, and i had that person test everyone else to see if they passed or failed. tests would be based off of several different things such as cqc, long range, aim, dodging ability, ability to use terrain, teamwork, etc.
8.) have placement tests/evaluation tests
this is a major part of motivation. if you set specific scoring results that reward the user with specific ranks, it will give them to strive for. in addition, you should get some cool looking personal uniforms for each rank so that would be considered an additional reward. make sure you host evaluation tests at-least every month or two, that way people have enough chances to prove themselves and you can keep track of their improvement.
9.) encourage over-confidence
if your members are confident that they can achieve something, they can do it. this is helpful in many occasions and i highly suggest you follow it.
that'll be it for now kids, more will be added later on hopefully.
flame is welcome it feeds me |

10.) don't be reliant on one or two people out of your whole team
this is a terrible mistake a lot of leaders commonly make, and it really drags them down because whenever those two people cannot make the battle for whatever reason the rest of the team is in a complete nutshell.
11.) focus on different types of weaponry
you're eventually going to have an enemy that's going to whine about the weaponry you favor (say for instance RCL) so they're going to ask you to fight with something different. |

igoing i highly suggest you raise your standards for TRAE because there's a bunch of people in that division that don't need to be there.
pretty much everyone that is worse than forcetower should either work for improvement within the next month of just get kicked out.
your choice though |

1.) make sure the group is it's own thing and doesn't sponsor a specific clan lol
3.) have a ts3 server for group operations this is great if you want to have a good laugh i agree
7.) choose one of your members who you feel is an appropriate standard for the group, and have that person conduct evaluation tests. OR MAYBE YOU COULD ACTUALLY BE A LEADER, KNOWING WHAT YOUR MEMBERS ARE GOOD AND BAD AT AND THEN COMPARE and you could learn to evaluate that's really useful for evaluations
9.) encourage over-confidence is this why its so hard to admit defeat |

"this is great if you want to have a good laugh i agree"
well yeah for you even a TS3 server won't work because you don't take anything seriously even when you're 6 WO's from losing on your own warzone.
"OR MAYBE YOU COULD ACTUALLY BE A LEADER, KNOWING WHAT YOUR MEMBERS ARE GOOD AND BAD AT AND THEN COMPARE"
WIJST has evaluations as well so don't act like they're unecessary. evaluations are there to give you a precise idea of how well your members can perform. situation tests are also good to see how people will react. if you're so good at figuring out what your members are good and bad at doing, tell me what area bobosaid works best in and what his weaknesses are (i doubt you can do this).
"is this why its so hard to admit defeat"
