The MI6 training system is made up of various exercises and lessons, many of them rough for the fresh recruit. This handbook is split into two parts: Rules and Preparation. Read each.
Rules:
- If you want to leave the keyboard, ask permission from the trainer. But if you MUST leave the keyboard, pronounce "AFK" then walk into a corner.
- The trainer and other High-Ranks are to be pronounced as "Sir" or "Ma'am".
- If you wish to speak, announce "PTS" this means 'permission to speak'. If denied, stay quiet. If granted, speak. Otherwise you only speak when spoken too.
- While in training, you will do anything and everything your trainer tells you to.
- If your trainer tells you to do something, say "Yes Sir! / Yes Ma'am!" then do it. If your trainer asks you a question always have your response ending with "Sir / Ma'am".
- Line up in front of the trainer, unless they've told you to do something.
Rules for High-Ranks:
- If you do not have admin, you are not allowed to host training.
- If you wish to co-host a training, ask a trainer. You will act as a team-captain, leading the trainers in exercises.
- If you wish to become a trainer, ask JeffeyWeffey for permission. You will have to be taught how to host training first.
- If you're attending a training, then remember that you have no authority over the trainer. They are given the most authority for training purposes.
Thus ends the rules.
Preparation:
This section of the handbook is to get you ready for training. First thing you need to know is that if you brake a rule, you will be punished accordingly. The second thing you'll need to know for training is how the system goes. You start out as a recruit, and if you do well in training, and show up often, you'll be promoted. Awards are given out at the end. Check the group shout often for word of training.
Thus ends preparation.
Remember, training will be tough, but that's the way it's supposed to be. Complaining shows weakness. MI6 doesn't accept weakness. So stay strong and get through. You are allowed to go to the Training Center and practice by yourself.
