Recently I have been getting complaints of several trainers not doing what they're supposed to do and several reports of admin abuse. I am writing this now to fix this problem as it is becoming a massive nuisance. These aspects of each training session will be focused on: 1. Amount of people allowed/necessary at the place 2. Role of the trainer 3. Training scheme 4. Punishments for disobedient soldiers 5. Info __________________________________________________________________________________ 1. To reduce chaos, and maintain control in training servers, all training places should have their server size reduced to 18. This leaves room for 2 trainers and 16 trainees. It has been proven that this combination is the most effective approach when it comes to group trainings. The only exception to this rule would be the battleground arenas as they will fit 20 people in instead of 18 however will still have the same amount of trainers. __________________________________________________________________________________ 2. The role of trainers will be changing now due to "lack of effort" put in by the trainers. All of the trainers which say "Do the obby while we wait" then go on to just doing a sword fighting tournament should know better. We are meant to be training the soldiers so should at-least have the decency to teach them the basics. We expect the official trainers of TRA to evaluate each soldier individually each training and tell them what they need to improve on to become a better soldier. If we find a trainer saying “improve your discipline” or something that doesn’t really provide much attention, action may be taken. You are the trainers of TRA and you are meant to help improve the skill of our soldiers, not diminish it. This does not meant that you have to include every aspect of training (Swordfighting, Gunfighting, drills etc) within the training, if you don’t want the training to drag on you can choose to only tackle a few of the skills at a time. __________________________________________________________________________________ 3. We now move on to the training scheme. This is quite simple and I will try to make it brief. We want you to have obstacle trainings at times HOWEVER we do not want you to continually train with obstacles as many clans do not have obstacle courses to get into the base; not hard ones anyway. We also want you to mainly focus on gun fighting. Whether the gun fighting is raid training in an official TRA raid training place or just a battleground we need that training the most as it is essential in the clan community. Sword fighting has become obsolete however you can still teach it but, make sure not to teach it too much. For promotions we expect you to be quite strict. Do not just give it to the person with the best KDR, think about their spirit and how much they've been at the base etcetera. We would also like official trainers to at-least wait until their training is past the halfway point to lock their servers as it’s becoming a nuisance for trainees who are not always on at the right times. __________________________________________________________________________________ 4) This is where TRA ‘s trainings start to fall. Immaturity is good at times however in trainings it should be kept to a minimal level. You are there to train the soldiers, not be their "Best friend” Friendship is an important thing however you must train the soldiers properly. Having the ability to not train properly will result in 1 warning then you will lose your training abilities. The time limit you lose your abilities for will depend on what you do. Trainees already know the punishments that await them if they are disrespectful and if they don't, link them to the forum. Trainers are to give the trainees 2 warnings if they are a Recruit- Corporal or 1 warning if they are anything above that. If a trainee exceeds the limit of warnings they can be demoted. __________________________________________________________________________________ 5) To become a TRA soldier who can host official trainings is to be a Captain of TRA and get 3 recommendations from 3 separate Majors+ sent to the Head of Trainings. After the recommendations are received you will receive training abilities. If a Major gives a Captain without training abilities admin powers to train TRA and it is not a test for training abilities that Major will lose their training abilities if sufficient proof is supplied, to stop the confusion I’d suggest writing on the wall that it is someone’s test. For a trainers permit recommendation there must be at-least 10 trainees in the server to ensure that the person can command soldiers efficiently and effectively. TRA is always looking for training places to make official so if you have a good training place with tech then get a current TRA high rank to recommend the place to the Head of Training and they will check it out. To get your place official you must also be in TRA however there is no certain rank needed.
Note: Captains of TRA will be able to train TRA unofficially at an official TRA training place and Majors will come to the training to officialize it or to test the Captain. Unofficial trainings will allow no recommendations and a Captain caught being severely immature or disrespecting others can potentially be demoted. Unofficial trainers will receive no admin until they gain abilities as admin is not necessary for a training. Official trainers will receive admin to the place. Official Captain trainers will not be able to have unofficial Captains as assistants during their training.

| Magna, maybe give advice on how people are to administrate the SFTs and whatnot if they are placed in a training, because :ff random turns out to be a huge malefactor when in the tourney. |

| @Con The trainer is meant to put soldiers of equal ranks against eachother to see which of the two has trained harder to get to where they are today. Using the ff rule is just a nuisance and time consuming. |

| I'm glad that TRA is going to focus more on GF, since some trainings don't include GF anymore. -Pk |

| Great, refined training scheme! While I do agree that this scheme is well organized, I do hope that the training can be occasionally invigilated / spot checked/ ability checked for maximum quality and high standards of training, as ultimately, the trainers are shaping the LRs to achieve greater heights, allowing us to maximize the training out come. | Ah, I got really happy when I saw Recruit-Corporal with two warnings, and anything higher with one warning. Now, TRA will be mature and have discipline! Thank you Magna, Sir. |

Shane, the trainers should be harder on the trainees then. If they are in the mind set that they go to trainings to receive promotions and that's all then we might as-well give promotions to everyone just for fighting us.
You are meant to receive promotions from trainings however you are also supposed to learn things, that then betters your chances of getting a promotion next time. |

| Promotions is what motivated me and kept me in TRA, because it made me feel really good and happy. Yet, I learned that a rank does not matter as long as we are serving TRA. |
