All new vocabulary I'm going to get is from the French translation of Katawa Shoujo. Grammar I'm going to take a YouTube course on.
Sounds like a pretty bad idea, huh? |

Thank you
Any tips? Have you ever learned a language before? |

I've taken Latin for four years in middle and high school and I'm heading into my fifth.
The best advice I can give is to equate French grammar sections with their English counterparts early on so you don't get too confused. And brush up on English grammar too, because Latin class has taught me more about it than English class actually has. |

try rins path first, i think it was the best. the nsfw scenes weren't good though, but hopefully thats not what your doing it for.
Also, get a cheat sheet (paper with commons words and french words on the side) because your not going to learn a language just by seeing it. its like watching an anime without subtitles and you know no japanese.

Will, do chief. And I disagree. I think Hanako's path was best. And I turn the NSFW scenes off. And thank you :)

No problem. I'm not familiar with the game so I might not know some words that are used in it but I know a lot of general words that would come up in everyday conversations . "J'aime la pizza avec beaucoup de fromage "

If I remember my little bit of French 1 that I took, you said you like pizza with lots of cheese.
Also, how long have you been taking French? |

I've been speaking french for about 4 years now. And yes that is what I said. Since I live in Canada we need to learn french just as Americans have to learn Spanish

Some goals of the project: Gain a vocabulary of at least 500 words, 300 nouns and 200 verbs (If all goes well, I hope to double those numbers) Learn conjugations for regular french verbs Gain enough proficiency to pass this test: http://french.about.com/library/weekly/bl-proficiency1.htm |
