Recently, I've been getting complaints about promoting new HR's from low and middle ranks at no notice to others, including other HR's and veterans. As well as complaints that they feel they're being used. This thread is made to prove you wrong, in any aspect of your argument.
Royal Blood is currently under lock down. This means, quite simply, it's a time for testing new things before we re-open. Prior to lock down, we lost a large portion of our High Rank team, our reputation, and a lot of good fighters we once had.
In an attempt to fix this issue, I have been giving promotions to trusted low ranks and middle ranks, to make them potential High Ranks upon our re-opening. I've also been giving small promotions to new members due to, not skill, but their activity, respect, and ability to follow my orders, and respect my orders. Skill is merely an added bonus. People who have done well in recent practices, have gotten promotions. Simple as that. This is because of how they do.
No, they are not being treated with more passion or more respect. I promote based on what I want to see in my clan. I run my clan based on how I, and several trusted advisers of mine, feel it should be run in order to succeed. I apologize if you don't agree with our decisions, but it is for the betterment of the clan.
You should not complain about your rank. If you were truly loyal, you'd be in Royal Blood to help the clan thrive, in hopes of one day having a shot at helping to lead Royal Blood. You don't just join for a rank, or a position on the final battle team.
Now, there are also reports of people supposedly being used. This, apparently, means that they have been asked to do things, but were later basically stepped on, or their chores were done by other members, without them knowing of it. I refuse to give names, for the sake of protecting the members identity, however as an example, I had a few people working on our upcoming base, Fortress Brinston III. Eventually, WVfighter took full command of the project after alerting me he wanted to make it. The other builder(s) were unaware, and therefore claimed I was using them for nothing. I wasn't.
I never planned on WV making the base. It just happened. Am I ashamed of this? No. Do I regret him taking the project over? No. I alerted you that the base is not useless. It could still be used.
There have also been complaints about new High Command members. I don't see why this is happening, because RB knew from the start that during lock down, we were doing a complete High Command reform, removing a few, and adding new faces, veterans or not. Again, if you can't accept this, I'm sorry. I run the clan based on how I think it will succeed. Generation II was failing, which was why the lock down came in the first place.
It also helps if you have clan experience. Especially for getting HR. The more experience you have, the better. I'd love to have all my veterans as High Command members, however quite a few have very little clan experience, let alone High Rank experience. It wouldn't work properly.
The same goes for our final battle team. People are complaining that veterans should have all the spots. Once again, I must disagree on this. I believe that final battle teams should be based entirely off of skill and dedication to a fighting cause, and a victory for Royal Blood.
I formerly apologize on behalf of myself and my advisers for recent decisions that you may or may not agree with. However, please, stay with us. Wait it out for Generation III. I promise you, these upgrades will only benefit us. Just watch.

I thought for sure someone would say hate on me. So far only VL raiders...
Rez, it is your group. Many people left with no loyalty, 150 or so. We have loyal and capable members left now, and can become great again.

| Restricting, we're still very much alive. 20+ members to every final battle practice we've hosted all week, except one which got 14. We went into lock down to fix internal problems, and to get new uniforms and a base. That's exactly what we're going to do. |

| I have lots of clan, and high rank experience, I have also been a veteran, for I think a year, maybe almost two, from my first account, until now. I'm only a middle rank. But this is only the first time I've complained. And It's not much of a complaint, as just a normal statement, saying what I have, and what I don't have. |
