| I can't use the launcher without this message immediately popping up. The game loads perfectly, but I cannot play it with this message. Hitting "OK" and closing the message instantly shuts downs the launcher. |

- The exact error and what happened or what you did when it popped up. - Your operating system - Graphics card details (look up "dxdiag graphics card info") - How long ago the issue started, or if it's always occured |

That's odd.
Have you reinstalled ROBLOX?
I can tell you a way to reinstall it.
Just tell me: Are you on MAC or PC? |

I have re-installed, I have tried switching accounts, I have tried loading various places, and I have tried re-arranging the Application's location on my computer. Everything loads perfectly, but that message comes up and does not allow me to play.
I'm on mac. |

Please tell them you're on mac. |

Yes, I noticed that when you spelled it "MAC"...
It should be mainly indifferent for simply running the ROBLOX Launcher. |

That sucks for all of us then .-.
I can't seem to find any cause for this problem... Redownloading, clearing cookies and cache, changing browsers, clearing ROBLOX data, all don't seem to work. |

This is a wild idea, but try it. Uninstall ROBLOX. Now restart your computer. (Restarting your computer adds all updates needed for your computer). If possible, find the page with all the Windows 7 info. Look for any updates. Install any updates available. Go ahead an install ROBLOX again. This might work..

| Hmm....Im no computer smart person but you can try going to roblox studio and resetting all the settings and see if it works if it doesnt then idk what to tell you :/ When i couldent play games i got the "error message" everytime and i reseted my settings on roblox studio and then it worked. |
