When I place a brick next to a brick and let go it slightly moves into the other brick or away from it. This hardly ever happens to me, but when it does it is very annoying. It tends to happen when I am moving bricks or wedges that have a custom formfactor and size next to each other. They are also usually welded on one side or another. After a few tries the brick won't move and will be placed in the right spot. The only problem is then I save my place or the model and when you insert it the bricks are out of place.

I looked into it a little bit more the bricks and wedges seem to be fine when you don't have any part of them welded. If you weld a side that is touching another brick then one of the bricks will move.

It could possibly be. Here give me a few minutes I am going to make a place where you can replicate it.

Instead of making a place I made a quick model. The link is here.

All you have to do is insert it in studio then grab the small brick and place it against the welded side of the bigger brick. After you place it on there it will move slightly.

If you smooth out the side though then put the brick against the bigger brick it doesn't move inside of it.

Did you just insert a part?
If so,if you didnt notice theres a property of the "type"
The normal part that you insert,is Brick.
Brick is a TINY TINY TINY bit taller the normal blocks.
Change it (from propertys) to Symmertrical.
Theres your normal block.
If no work,Dont know what to do.

I want the bricks to be the custom size they are though. Also I am trying to state that this is clearly a bug that should get fixed. I don't think bricks were supposed to suddenly go inside of other ones.

I havn't tried that yet. For what I am building I can't let the bricks be anchored. In studio also everything is frozen and yet it still moves.

I guess I have to rephrase this I am not looking for ways to fix this while altering the brick such as changing the formfactor or anchoring the bricks. I am trying to get this obvious bug noticed so it can get fixed.

I already fixed it. You must Disable Collision Check.

I tried disabling collision check and got the same result. I think I need to make a video of this because some people are clearly not understanding what I am trying to say.
