My friends, a lot has gone down the past week, whether it was me screwing up and saying things I had not stopped and thought about right away, or a second blow that made me sound utterly insane or a complete fool in front of my own clan. A caesura for my own thoughts, the same question that is propped fluff into my head, "What am I still doing here?"
4 months ago during a TGI-SC joint training, I had been there on notice. I was overseeing my comrades in spars and training. Several were rather recalcitrant, they were uncontrollable and a complete mortification for Sleet Clan. A little bit of sober there, where we had been embarrassed directly in front of our own good ally. I had departed from SC and given it to Rivalize that day, the day of my first "breakdown" and decline in my leadership.
It was a day in May, rather a sad one for me. It was the first time I had gained the utter disrespect from C&G, made an irrational mistake driven by my upset mind. Deprived by some of the worst mistakes out there. I glanced upon a shade of blue, it had reminded me desirably of SC's former days. The Cyan eras, and the eras of fun and enjoyment. Some of the greatest days I had pursued in my era on McDizzy or Fooger.
There are other things, things like Sage constantly coming back. Validus. The same old belongings from the original SC just carried out of the bag.
I was told to get off the ground, dust myself off, fix the morbid mistakes I had made over time - just to make them all over again.
I was always thinking myself as some "Sentinel of Solace," I was always the type of leader to attempt to help others, be a friend to everyone, always a leader to keep going, never on tire. I had led SC successfully 8 months straight and created it into one of the most top rated clans on this game. SC has carried easily one of the most advanced final battle teams, some of the most greatest RCLers, the best officers and tacticians, some of the most creative idealist, and had a trustworthy environment for both members and officers at the time.
Driven into the mind of others, my own and one of the greatest secondary successors out there; it was believed I was thrown out by the new Pragmatic, one of the most unsteady leaders on this game. Instability was/is my middle name.
Over time I had effortlessly pushed for SC to be improved into a grand new era, when all I done is push myself away. I had made mistakes that changed my career, such as shutting down such an important legacy. I had made our allies feel embarrassed of us because of the very actions I was making. The clan was overruled by incompetence and unluckily some of the most irrational decisions out there.
I'm no super leader, not the leader that makes some of the greatest clans out there so easily with a snap of my fingers. A publicity hog I may be, a dramatic leader.
I had played the excelsior role of SC's "Grand Commander" or the "glorious Commander Pragmatic" long enough, with rough edges and hatred spitted at me from my own officers. My own members on the verge to leaving because of my action's unfolds, it's time for change.
A spark to mind, an exemplary thought that may just improve SC. Is it the fact maybe SC needs a whole new outlook, or a whole new leader...?
My leadership on this game is as dry as dust can be, and as intrigued as a vulcan kal-tow. Let this be a sign of the future, or what SC would be without me... |

It isn't that you need to be replaced.
It is just how unsure you are about things as you may be feeling now. These vague disruptions in the administration are rendering faults in your leadership.
Be consistent. |

@DoctorCooper The vague decisions I made (such as shutting down SC) is merely a affliction of my own mind. The decisions I make... I'm rather unsure where they come from.
I was a leader of peace and prominent clues, exponential growth and one of the "better idealist." Now the things I do today are straightforward fruitless. |

Perhaps the pause of thought should be why have you been consistently thinking this?
Is it because it's true? Or perhaps is it that you THINK it's true?
Hey man, I haven't talked to you for awhile, nor will we in the future if we quit, but you were my third favorite leader, and one of my former greatest friends, don't change that, keep believing, keep moving.

| Prag, don't give it away. If you do, you might as well shut it down again. No one can lead is as well as you can. I understand your leadership has been declining, but all of SC believes you can rise back up to your former glory. |

SC needs a whole new outlook imo
Sin, you're a good leader, and you should be consistent.
When you were fooger your ideas were creative, trendy, and fun, it's what made me join anyway.
Come up with something no-one expects

| As Silver would say to me on XF, I sit and wallow on my own doubts. I'm only hoping for change here. |
