Don't make new accounts because ROBLOX is having issues. Just wait for them to fix the problems. They are usually pretty quick about this kind of thing, but it not just send a message to info@roblox.com describing in detail what is happening. Saying 'My place won't save' isn't enough information.
I'd just save the place to my computer (I do before I try uploading every time, just in case this kind of problem happens) and if there is an issue, then I upload it at a later time. |

| You can easily reset the place by going into your options for the game itself, you can do this on the site. Know the little "Settings" icon near the title of your own place? Click that, then click "Configure" then scroll down and click the "Reset Place" button. It is almost all the way to bottom of the page. Over the History. Click that, then click on any place you want it to reset to. Then click "Save". |

1. Press save and save your place on your desktop. 2. Close all the running ROBLOX Studio applications. 3. Open ROBLOX Studio 4. Click File>Open>Open Saved Place You Just Saved. 5. Hit Publish to ROBLOX as and click the place to update to. 6. If it fails click publish to ROBLOX not Publish to ROBLOX as. 7. If all fails retry it all. |

This happened to me and I was sooooo upset. I found a way to fix it, though! This is exactly what I did: 1. Save it locally, so you can get into it later. 2. Turn off your computer, turn it back on afterwards, and 3. Go on a new place, don't do anything, exit, save, and see if it works. (how to get the updates in the local place to your REAL place) 4. Visit the local place (located in your folders) 5. Copy and paste whatever is different or the whole game into another game (You might want to clear out the other game..) 6. Save, and, you're done!
Was that clear enough?

If you had read the blog awhile back you would know what is happening.
Roblox has changed the way they view a users online status. This was done to slow down on traffic that isn't neccessary on the servers. And to speed up connecting to games.
When you work in studio , you are not considered online. So when you go to publish it fails. All you have to do is publish again immediately after the failed upload. One tip I suggest is when publishing just fill out the title and publish. You can change the write up, and settings after it is published through the config option.
So just do what the error said to do and try again. |

| Me, I use the autosave system, set to every five min. So if the upload fails the stuff is still somewhere out there. |
