I. Attending Trainings II. Attending Defenses/Raids III: Hosting Trainings IV. Hosting Raids V. Overview
I. ATTENDING TRAININGS
[1] At trainings, all members attending are required to be quiet. [2] Walk in and go line up in STS in front of the stage. [3] Most of the time if you are late, walk in and go to wherever they are for further instruction WITHOUT disturbing the other members. [4] Do not ask for admin. If you are a HR and you do not have admin, you will receive it if the Trainer wants you to have it. [5] If you are a low rank or an high rank do NOT go on stage unless told to by the Trainer of the training. [6] ONLY the Trainer and Co-Host are allowed on stage. [7] Always ask for PTS (permission to speak) if you would like to say something. [8] What the high rank says, goes. Always. [9] Absolutely no complaining or flaming towards the Trainers or other members. [10] Always be in uniform.
Failure to abide by these rules will get you kicked or banned from the Training Grounds and possibly getting arrested.
II. ATTENDING DEFENSES/RAIDS
[1] At raids or anywhere on duty, uniform is always required. [2]Do not do whatever YOU think is the best thing to do. Always listen to the raid leader. If you have permission to speak however, you can tell an idea that may or may not be turned down. [3]The defense/raid leader has say in when to leave. If there is an exploiter and the leader says to leave, listen. [4]When in the base, unless instructed, STAY in the base and protect. [5]The purpose of a defense/raid is to win, not goof off. Goofing off will jeopardize the chances of us winning. [6]Unless told to speak in game, do not talk at all. A lot of games have chat bubbles and will expose where you may be hiding.
III. HOSTING TRAININGS
[1] Do not give admin to any low ranks. [2] Do not goof off. If you are hosting a training, you are a role model. [3] Have planned ideas ready so you don't blank out during a training. [4] It's your training, not the low ranks'. You can ask their preference on things, but don't let them control your plans. [5] Don't let other high ranks take over your training. If you hosted it, it is yours unless you pass it off to someone else. [6] If high ranks mess around, feel free to warn them and kick them. [7] If high ranks there come and do not participate like the other members and you need game space, nicely ask them to leave. If they refuse and continue to not participate, kick them from the game. [8]Be firm, not bossy.
IV. HOSTING DEFENSES/RAIDS
[1] Make sure everyone, including yourself, is in uniform. [3] Do not let other people take over your raid. Give firm instructions, but don't be disrespectful. [4] If a member is doing something out of hand, give them a warning. If it happens again, give them consequences. [5] You give the instructions. Do not let other people do whatever they want. If you are the defense/raid leader, you need to find the best plan. However, recommendations from others are okay if they have permission to speak. [6] Be a role model. You're a high rank. [7] If you lose, don't get angry and take it out on other people. Find your faults and try again next time.
V: OVERVIEW
This guide for discipline was created so everyone could be informed of the rules. Rules are created to be followed. This was made for a better understanding of the disciplinary section within RAMD, so nobody gets confused on something. This is also a reference guide to all low ranks and high ranks.
