Well, yesterday, I talked to myself in the dark for about a hour and had the most awful cabin fever you could imagine.
Today, I woke up at 4 in the afternoon, watched King of the Hill for 6 hours and now I'm typing this. |

Now I've just finished watching Bride of Chucky.
I'll probably end up staying up until 4 or later again. And sleep all day again.
Like it matters, though. We probably won't do anything for Independence Day anyway besides go see the fireworks. And we do that at night.
God, I love the night. |

"God, I love the night."
The problem, with the night is,
Vampires,
Werewolves,
Demons,
Ghouls,
Zombies,
Ghosts,
Shapeshifting Clown ghosts,
You get the idea. |

Mhm, and wolves.
Normally I would say wolves don't scare me, but I was walking late one night and I heard howling from a distance.
I started to speed my walking and suddenly I heard noises in a bush.
I swear if I saw two eyes looking at me I would've ran like hell! |

Don't Demons get burned by sunlight?
Like Vampires.
Or wait it's water that slows them down?
Idk...
I've got a lot of catching up with supernatural. |

Well, it depends on which interpretation of a demon you go with.
With the game "Doom," only one thing slows them down: Superior firepower. |

Any sane man would, my friend.
"They're out in the day, as well."
True, I simply referred to them at night, as IIRC it is generally believed that demonic energies are stronger at night especially around 3 AM it's referred to by parapsychologists as The Dead Hour. |

No, the kind of creature that observes you.
Alright, if anyone wants to hear I'll tell, though it's not much. |

Took place last year, at summer camp. We were having a cabin party, with the other group we shared our cabin with, who were younger kids. Ages in our group were 8-14, theirs was 5-7.
So anyways, one of the kids in our group was just staring out to the woods. Our cabin was on a hill before a forest enterance. He exclaims that a man is down there watching us, and gets our attention. I knew this guy kind of well, he was pretty cool. He didn't play pranks or anything. Never made jokes.
He points down where he saw the man, in front of the forest. This gets the little kids panicky, and since their counselor was too lazy to take care of the issue himself, our counselors assemble a group to go and check because this is pretty serious if there's like an arsonist on camp grounds or something.
I volunteer to go, a few others do as well. This is like 9 at night btw. We spend 20 minutes in cold, South California weather, and the only thing that happens is another cabin passing on a night hike and I let another kid take the blame for my flashing lights in their eyes on accident.
Then, the camp custodian comes out from the building nearby. Instantly, our counselor tells us to go inside, it was just groundskeeper, bla bla. They NEVER brought it up for the rest of the week.
Although really, what made me believe was when I saw the lights in the sky. They were unreal. This was in December 2012. They hovered in the air and were green. They kind of bobbed up and down. Then there was this bigger, white light which flashed on and off. I don't know why, but they filled me with a feeling of apprehension and awe. |

Will, what the hell is a fleshwalker? Is it a skin-walker? I don't know, I've never heard of them, creepy story all the same though.
I find it ironic that I'm so damn fascinated by the supernatural, but I'm like the only one on the forums that has yet to have a encounter which affirms my belief in the stuff. Damn it. |

I have some bizarre stories.
The house I'm in as I type this, was also my house before I moved to Colorado and Arizona and all that. (Yeah, I'm back in California. No more Lake Piranha.)
Anyway, weird crap used to happen all the time in it. My sliding closet door would be partially open for what ever reason, I'd hear strange noises from the hall.
One time my sister was staying the night and she was making me watch MTV in my room. Anyway, we both heard a super loud banging noise, like a door being slammed at full speed ahead. She told me to go see if my mom and dad were up, so I peaked in their room. Both were sound asleep.
Another time I was sleeping and I spontaneously woke out of a dream and as I opened my eyes the first thing I felt was something being slammed against my face. I open my eyes and I'm on the floor, I look at my closet sliding door which has a huge crack in it leading from the middle of it. (It's glass.) But I don't see how that's possible because from where my bed is at, I couldn't hit it hard enough if I fell to make it crack, nor would it have been as high as where the crack started.
More stories like that, mainly just hearing things though. Like one time my cousins and I were playing in a car in their garage, and we heard a knocking noise. We stopped. Listened. Nothing happened so we went back to playing. Then we heard it again. We stopped. Heard it again. Ran inside to ask who was knocking and everyone was at the other side of the house away from the garage door, talking, and said no one was knocking.
Just weird crap like that. |
