It was like a week ago. My telamon's chicken suit and my Rovacuum 2012 got deleted. I E-mailed Roblox and they were no help at all. If any admin can help me here I will decide that the roblox staff is not full of idiots.

First off, I suggest not calling them idiots. It may improve what you get back. Second, sadly items just don't get deleted. You may have been keyloged or you let a person onto your account and they removed them. In that case, it is your fault and you won't get any help.
If that wasn't the case, you deleted them then it's on your own hands. |

| Sadly, there really isn't much you can do. Considering peoples' items just don't get "Deleted" from a bug or anything. |

See? even if you are an admin, you are no help. Roblox staff doesn't care about anyone or anything as long as they don't lose a single penny. It's the sad truth and that is why I called them idiots.

I agree with you that they are a waste of time to even talk to. I have got banned for 1 day for no reason at all. I even checked to see why I got banned and it didn't give me a note or any details on why I got banned.
But the thing is, when it comes to items there really isn't much that can be done. Unless there was a bug that caused them to vanish, they won't get refunded. |

I'm sorry you feel that way elianrocket200.
Many bugs take time to uncover and fix. Especially if these bugs don't have specific easy to reproduce steps. Even more so when they 'just happen' and nobody even knows when it happened.
Info@Roblox.com forwards these issues to the development team, who then must find out what caused the issue. If you have any specific steps to reproduce your missing items issue, this could perhaps speed up the resolution. If you can remember any steps you took with those items when you last had them, please reply to the email thread with those steps. Otherwise, the dev team is probably working on the issue as quickly as they can. |

I traded for the items, and then the next day they were not there. That is all, I do not have any more information. :/

But the most likely case scenario from what you are explaining, that isn't covered in the video- is you were most likely keylogged (Can't be immune to computer viruses) or someone PG'd ya (PW guessed. In other words, they guessed what your PW was.) |

Well, key logged or PG'ed is not really the case here, because why delete my 10k item instead of my 26k one? makes no sense if you ask me. They couldn't have taken it from me because i didn't sell them or traded them, I checked my sales and completed trades.

If you included that information in the Info@Roblox.com email you sent, then the developers are probably using that information to help them. If not, please reply to that email thread with the information.

if they're Limited's they can't just be deleted so I don't know why people keep suggesting they were deleted.
