If it keeps decreasing in this way, then by 2025, 55% worldwide will be irreligious (irreligious does not mean atheist. It includes atheist, deist, irreligious, apatheist, agnostic, etc.)
Based on such increases we should also have 20% (or more) atheists/agnostics in 2025.
Furthermore, in 2040, atheist/agnostic should most likely be the majority worldwide with 35%.
There is a continuing drop of religion in youth, that was also taken as a factor. Basically, the more time that goes on, the faster it increases. |

| People need to adapt in a changing world. They cannot cling onto their religious values forever. The future is coming. |

| Wealth is increasing. Wealth correlates strongly with better education which correlates with irreligiosity. |

| I don't think religion will be wiped out completely within 20-40 years from now, however there will defiantly be a decline, and I grant you we will have something new by then (like an equivalent to religion). |

A lot of things will by then, even whites in America and abroad in many other nations.
We have to come to terms, and accept the fact that things change over the course of time. |

In developed countries, religion will mostly be a minority. ------ Yes but I'm saying it would be a minority worldwide. Read my sources. |

The way that I think of it, it isn't too bad.
Analyze it in this aspect:
-We could have less wars -People of more tolerance -A healthier environment psychologically -Better people -Less hate |

Also, it wouldn't be a minority worldwide, let alone undeveloped countries.
I'm talking about countries like the UK, NZ, much of Scandanavia, Canada, the USA, Brazil, Argentina, Israel, Singapore, and various others. |

Wealth is increasing. Wealth correlates strongly with better education which correlates with irreligiosity. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a rash and unfounded statement. I just tried to post a list of 50 major scientists who were religious, but of course, somehow it broke a Roblox rule.
I encourage you to take a look at the wikipedia page on Christian scientists and thinkers. |

It is a true statement based on reliable polls. It is not saying that atheists are smarter, just on average, they have better education. You're the rash one for coming in and saying something so unrelated to try to disprove a fact already proven.
"it looks at the world as a whole, not third world countries, however"
Yes, I said that irreligious would be the majority worldwide. Emphasis on worldwide. |

If religion is just a phase in human thinking-- just an idea-- then how come it has spread to every almost every human civilization in existence, including isolated tribes and civilizations? If it was just a dumb idea, wouldn't it have not spread to certain civilizations? |

If it was just a dumb idea, wouldn't it have not spread to certain civilizations?" There is a part of your brain which intuitively sort-of 'makes up' religion. It gives you religious feelings, naturally. The thing is that Christianity has not been found in tribes that weren't contacted by Christians, and same applies for all religions. They have their own. |
