@Reaven- I briefly thought the same thing, however, why waste talent having them work up through the ranks, when they can get to work now doing what they already know.
Make no mistake, if they're inactive they will be removed. But if they help better RS, then I see no reason to make them work for their rank

@rich regardless, free promos is idiotic, and proves that fame is a huge part in your promotional system, it also shows a bit of a corrupt sense as well dealing with favoritism. |
