MouseButton1Down works.
At least if it doesn't, I've been doing it all wrong, and my GUI's shouldn't work like they do... |

Both MouseButton1Down() and MouseButton1Click() work. Click looks for the whole press-then-let go and down looks for just a click, and will trigger even if your holding it, |
