Insert > Basic Tools > PointLight or Insert > Basic Tools > SpotLight |

Afraidanna, the only version that allows lighting is ROBLOX Studio 2013. If you don't see it, it's probably because you didn't select the brick before clicking "Insert".

Yea. Im in 2.0 but I dont see it Heres what im doing
Inserts part clicks part dosent find any spotlight/pointlight |

Alright.
Click the part you want to insert the light into. Then go to:
Insert > Basic Objects > PointLight (SpotLight also works for this.)
