Hello, I don't know if this is me specific or if anyone can help. So, back a week ago, Studio refused to open because of a Win32 application problem. I tried an uninstall, but nothing would uninstall. Instead, I installed the newest version of ROBLOX over the old one. This corrected the Win32 error, however it made a new one. I can play games now fine. However, when I try and open Studio, A black command Promt screen pops up with a message saying the file is an Illegal Inswtruction. I assume it is a firewall preventing the launch of Studio, but I don't know if it is Windows or The McAffee Firewall I also run. Help please!!!! I've spent over 4 hours fixing this. I also use Windows 7 and Chrome ass a browser.

| If you edit that part, that means they can track you down and put a pentally on you for "hacking" IT happend to me before. |

| But, when that happens ,you have basically found ROBLOX's mainframe, that also happend with me, but with minecraft, did this pop up: Do not edit these unless permission given..? |

| No it is completely blank i have no clue what I did. I also can't type anything in it. It is like the prompt you'd open from the start menu. |

| Ah, if you could edit, that would be a major mistake anyways, well, try clearing your cookies, shut down computer ,wait a few minutes, re download roblox and everything should reset, if this doesn't work, idk. |

Hello SirDust, I understand your problem and I think I know 2 issues to the problem. They might not all work since it never happened to me but it's more likely to work.
Issue 1: First of all, I know your OS is a 32-Bit(Since win32), which means that you need to download a 32-Bit file of ROBLOX Studio.
Issue 2: Access your harddrive where you downloaded ROBLOX ( Most likely C:/ ), click on the ROBLOX Folder and then Right-Click the latest version of ROBLOX. Then you should see Properties after Right-Clicking it, click it. Then, you should see a tab saying "Previous Versions", restore the file and then open ROBLOX Studio from that same file. It will update it again and it might work back again!

I forgot one more issue that is quite simple, run ROBLOX Studio as the Administrator (The kind of blue and yellow shield)

| Unfortunately, Nothing worked. Thanks a lot though that was helpful. I'll try some more. I'll post if and when I fix it check every now and again. |

Sounds good, thanks. Like I said, I've spent 4-5 hours trying everything I can thinik of and nothing works.
