I'm honestly getting mad, Roblox is giving me the worst experience. I'm starting to hate the staff, no offense. I literally argued with a staff member, they're just getting so ignorant. Forum moderators are the worse just saying. They constantly reply with, "Contact info@roblox.com for help", you email them and you get a reply like 48 hours later, and this is how it usually goes. "Hello, I'm having issues with my connecting to Roblox I can't connect to games. This has been a constant issue I've had and this is what it pops up with, "Error blah blah blah", I've desperate to have it fixed. Could you contact me straight away with your reply?", 48 hours later. "Hello Money (My real name usually), we are going to give you a list of suggestions, please fill out as many of them as you can blah blah blah blah (suggestion surveys) Thank you, (Name) Customer Service ROBLOX.
Okay first off, after that I'll reply either first or five more of them will reply with the same crap. I don't remember it being a race to help customers, I don't know how they get paid but I think it might be how many replies you do in a day. I don't like my inbox getting full of crap I don't want. So I'll reply, with like thank you this help or didn't help.
I hate when staff members repeat themselves. I'll get the same staff member repeating themselves. It's like I filled your crap out so many times just get out of my face and let say Jack help me. You never get what you truly want, it's even worse when you try to appeal perm bans. You'll contact them concerned because you didn't actually do it. They'll tell you all this crap, and then you'll be like uh I knew that but thanks. Then they're like your appeal has been denied. You're like but I didn't do it. They just ignore you and keep contacting you about crap you already know.
The knowledge of the staff, I had to honestly tell a staff member what they did wrong in their reply to a forum member who was outraged that customer service did nothing for him. He was telling him stuff that he already knew, then the worse thing he said, "Contact info@roblox.com for help", I instantly insulted the staff member with my argument. This kid was making this forum because of your customer service, why the heck would you refer him to use it again. Not to mention this guy had a BC membership and they terminated his account for scamming when he hasn't been banned before. Where is the common knowledge in that if the guy has clearly no record then why oh why accuse him of scamming. Not to mention at the end the forum moderator said, "Your appeal has been denied", first off you're a forums moderator. I just lost it, the staff member was totally ignorant to what the kid had to say.
Well that pretty much raps my rant, thanks for reading. Also, for staff members out there please don't reply with, "if you have a problem contact info@roblox.com", I'll email info@roblox.com about your removal, for being gratefully unhelpful, and just pointless spamming on the forums. |

| I agree.Whenever ROBLOX actually looks at appeals or questions,they decide to say "Oh,look.Something that is not worth looking at.Let's just let the automatic answering machine do the work."I agree this is bad customer service,but they are sort of busy working on the update bugs :I |

| It's just a true concern, yes sometimes they're to busy but that's what makes their customer service pointless. Not to mention how much money they could lose due to a bad customer service. |

| Hello again, money. I have used the info@roblox many times, and 9 times out of 10, I get helped perfectly, with the 1 being that the person who helped me, were themselves unsure of the issue. With the way you rant, I highly doubt you put out respectful emails to them. Try calming down, and try again, in a more mature manner. |

Agreed on some levels. Yes, it may sound like the staff are "uncaring" or not helpful. But really, there's not much they can do. They are just people. Not computer geniuses. Do you know how hard it would be for them, if they hand typed every response? They can't. They get anywhere from 100-10,000 emails a day. You just have to be patient. If your problem is that severe, or needs to be handled right away, try calling their office. That way, you can have live help, and not a robot message. But yes, sometimes it does feel like Roblox does nothing to help with our problems. But you know, stuff doesn't always go the way you want it.

I had connection problems, I tried em@iling roblox 2 times. The first time I had to wait a week they just pasted some nonsense and the second time I had to wait 2 weeks and they also pasted some nonsense:l

| Most of the time the replies are by bots. The staff simply checks all the emails selects what type of 'bot' to answer them and send. If they get a reply with a serious issue then the humans take over. |

agreed. The staff member's talk to one person once, then don't focus on that one customer Its like your having a conversation with a person you've just said everything like your user,pass,whats happening,someone hacked, an appeal ect. and then someone else come's that does not know what you are talking about and intoxicates you with a complete differnt subject. |
