| It ruined Boba Fett's back-story completely. |

But he never had a back-story.
He was in the entire original trilogy for what, like five minutes? He's then killed. |

except your precious EU had a backstory which the prequels overwrote.
But, what ever,
anyway
I didn't like the prequels because they were too goofy, and too repetitive. People losing their arms, good vs. evil, same thing.
I'd of rather they been gritty films, PG-13 still, but from the POV of the clone troopers.
Maybe a specific clone squad? Give it some stable characters. The original trilogy revolved around Luke, Han, Leia, Chewbacca, and the two droids.
The prequels revolve around like so many different characters and Anakin changes so much from each film that it just bores me. |

The EU never gave him a coherent back-story either though. They gave him some pretty cool after the events of the original trilogy adventures, sure, but his past has never really been explored. I don't see how the prequels ruined his character, but OK.
The prequels aren't too bad, they're entertaining, it's just the originals set the bar a little too high, there was no way George Lucas would have been able to meet the standards of some fans. |

The first and third are coo
but the second movie I can never watch for some reason. I just get really bored and tired while I watch it.
But for some reason now when I try to watch any of the six films, I get like really bored and tired by all of them. Like, they don't entertain me like they used to. I don't know if it's because of the characters or what.
They just feel empty and dull. .-. |

| Exactly, like the TF2 Pyro, you're not supposed to know who Boba Fett is under that helmet, but the prequels made Boba Fett a clone son of Jango Fett who wants revenge after his father was killed, totally generic. |
