| For gamecards the cashier doesnt have to make it active or unless I dont see they do it. |

They did not make all the items that you get when you redeem the cards published yet. Stay calm and just wait. People who redeemed their cards and didn't get the sword are most likely not to because of this. |

I would contact ROBLOX regardless _info@roblox.com_ However, if ROBLOX can't find a solution then I would recommend contacting the supplier. It's true and they might not have activated it correctly, meaning it's worthless. In that case, if you have kept the shop receipt, then I belive you can get a refund or a new redeem card.

@KingLord Yeah, they do. The cash register authorizes the cards automatically; the cashier doesn't do anything. |
