Each HR has the following responsibilities: To lead by example. While every member of the ROCHRA is required to follow the Rules of Conduct , the HR are expected to lead by example. In any public forum (In game channels or forums, etc...) it is expected that every HR ,will always act with respect and courtesy - even to those who do not adhere to our Rules of Conduct. Personal attacks against anyone in any public forum or channel will not be tolerated.
To help educate low rank members. Knowledge should be obtained through discussion with other members. Each HR is responsible for passing on this knowledge to other members of the T.S.C or Team Snow cat so they may improve their SF Skills. The goal of each HR is to maximize the effectiveness of all technique possible within T.S.C!
To educate members on T.S.C policies. Each HR shall make sure that all members understand and follow our Rules of Conduct. Should an HR observe behavior that is in violation of any of these rules, they should take immediate corrective action. Corrective action may include demotion or removal of the offending person from T.S.C. HR are expected to read the forums at least every other day and participate as needed in T.S.C ideas and discussions.
To guarantee that T.S.C is a welcome place for a diverse player base.T.S.C is a guild intended to support many diverse people of different cultures, races, ages, religions, nationalities, any orientation, and play-styles . No member who follows all Rules of Conduct should ever be made feel unwelcome, and it is each HR responsibility to make sure of that.
