Now, knowing that I'm not an expert on "voxel lighting," would this by any chance be possible to apply; downsizing voxels, yet rather adding more voxels themselves, would this by any chance improve lighting itself such as shadows rendering more fluently to objects? Persay, shadows acting more realisticly with the enviroment as it would to large objects? Doubt this would work, but like I said, I know nothing of voxel lighting.
Anyway, feel free to 'contructively' criticise my suggestion. Thanks! |

| Not so much downsizing voxels themselves, but rather shrinking them, however they retain their actual size. Does this make any sense? Or would it make more sense by me just saying "mass" instead size? In my opinion, close enough either way. |

| And to think more people cared about improving dynamic lighting. And so I thought wrong. q.q |

| Explain in layman terms, or simply, I do not understand this right now. |

| On which part, downsizing voxels, having shadows react more realisticly with the enviroment one creates, or all of it? |

| I understand shadows being more interactive, but explain "shrinking voxels" please? |

| Shrinking... It's rather referring to decreasing the size of voxels, however it still retains it's original mass. "Mass" being the word that I'm not really looking for, but using real world physics to describe virtual is the best way in my case to explain something. I could say this, say you have shrink ray (theoritically speaking), if I'm correct, when you shrink something down to a point in size, it still retains it's mass. Now, I may be completely wrong on this theory. What I mean is, applying a method like so to voxel lighting in virtual reality. |

| It was worth a try. But, it's best to say that this thread is dead, and amongst many, not important. |

How I think Dynamic Lighting could be improved:
You can put DL in certain places and take it away at another area. |
