my muscles are sore from working out yesterday
the burn feels good though tbh i used to barely be able to do 1 situp now i can do 75
couldnt do a pushup now i can do 10 (still not that good but whatev)

I carry prams up and down a Dock. Every Day.
I also lift up my pen to write something intelligent, sometimes. Usually it's just dumb crap to keep the Editors busy. The paper I work for is pretty slow. |

ive lost like 20 pounds and feel much better about myself
still never had a gf though

I normally do 50. I do 50 because the pain in my lower back isnt right
Not a burn, a different pain that just kills me
It doesnt normally make me go out of breath |

Idk how much I can lift because my weights can only hold like 99 pounds max (as in like room on the bar)

Situps are weird They're not tiring I only do 90 or so because I just get bored and uncomfortable |

Thats it. A terrible uncomfortable pain in my lower back that is something thats one of a kind. Its weird.

I don't get pain I just get tired of having to hold my arms to my head and readjusting myself so the carpet doesn't bug me I used to do more but

i benched yesterday, trying to do 10
but my arms stalled out halfway doing my 9th one and i could get to 10
i had maxed out my bar at 99 pounds |
