@Crazy At this late level, it won't do much. But alright. In Gen 3 and onward, for every Pokemon you make faint, your Pokemon will get Effort Points. The points you can find are on Bulbapedia. Look for EV Yield on a Pokemon. When you get 4 Effort Points in one stat, you get an Effort Value (EV). You can have up to 510 EVs on one Pokemon, and up to 252 in one stat, so it's wise to put 252 EVs on two stats, and use the remaining 4 on something else. You want to invest your EVs in stats that are MEDIUM, as high stats aren't worth investing in, and low stats won't make much a difference. If your Pokemon have Pokerus, their EVs and Effort Points are doubled. You can use items like Zinc and Iron to immediately increase EVs. Some other items decrease and increase EVs.
And that's pretty much it. Sound complicated, but it's very easy.
