At about the time most American moderators would call it a day (2:00-3:00 PM in NZ), I uploaded a 4 Shirts and 4 Pants in the space of an hour. Many hours later, only 3/8 validated and usable.
If it's a lack of internationality with moderation that's the issue here, I really think that needs to be dealt with, moderators should be available in proportion to website and game use at all times.
I suspect that online moderators at peak usage outnumber those at trough at least 10:1, despite this being only 4:1 for players.
So we could do with a few more moderators, especially ones in NZ. |

| He's making a valid point that roblox needs more international moderators to cover the vast majority of timezones, so moderation is more faster and efficient. |

| I Live in NZ Myself and I agree there should be more mods in NZ. Anything I Make after about 5 PM NZT Rarely gets accepted. So yes, There is a lack of mods. |

No, if they were to hire Mods, they would have to work at the ROBLOX Building in CA. Obviously they don't make people Volunteer Moderators any more, however Anaminus and Stravant seemed to be exceptions to that, and had the title "Gear Consultants" which they had nothing to do with.
Also, if you were to be made a Volunteer Moderator, you couldn't be on 24/7, it's against CA laws or something. Yeah - i'd love to be a Forum Mod, but i have other things to do off site so i'd be online from time to time.

It would also be nice to hire moderators that understand foreign dialects, because some people tend to swear and upload images in different languages.
Years ago, i though moderators can work at home on a laptop or computer and have a moderator panel on it. Guess not. |

@pik, as the word says, volunteer. They usually don't work 24/7 because they obviously aren't full-time workers. |

Yes - because wasting your life clicking buttons in a box under a forum comment is fun, isn't it?

Plus, Forums Mods don't get access to the Administration Panel, unless they can do an account state override, my own Admin panel on my website is based off Roblox's. Youtube herolds the CSS.
