it would break some hacks. it would have less lag like: API would decode binary, and run rbx.lua 103 101 116 32 111 117 116 46 |

That's not binary. This is binary:
00110111 00110111 00110111 01101101 01110010 01100101 01110000 01101001 01100011 00100000 01101001 01110011 00100000 01100001 00100000 01100100 01110101 01101101 01100010 01100001 01110011 01110011 00101110 |

Do you have a converter for inverted binary?

| Technically if you made your own decoder/encoder you could do this... |

Hihi.
I have a binary-API. :I Though it might not be what you want...
Shift Left Shift Right Binary XOR Binary OR Binary AND Binary NOT
and a function to set a limit (default = 31, meaning a roof of 2^31)
- As, moosh internet, moosh! |

"Encoding" what ever you want into a different base won't fix or help anything. It isn't hard at all to "decode" binary into octal, decimal, hexadecimal, and even ANSI (text). Besides, you can change the base of any string or number you want using Lua, it's not like ROBLOX has disabled that.
But again, in a lower level programming language like C++ or Java, it is extremely easy to convert ANSI to hex, dec, oct, binary, unary, and so on, and would only take a minute or two (at most) for any programmer to convert it back to text.
Simple binary to decimal:
function binaryDecimal(s) local num = 0 local exponent = string.len(s) - 1 local length = 0 length = exponent + 1 for a = 1, length do b = string.sub(s, a, a) if b == "1" then num = num + 2^exponent end exponent = exponent - 1 end return string.format("%u", num) end
print(binaryDecimal("100001")) --Without even having to run this I can tell it's 33
