| I want to get a laptop to do graphic design and some c++. The max I want to spend is $400 hopefully less. |

i'm planning on doing graphic design as a sort of hobby getting a multipurpose comp setup for around $800 a document/photo scanner for around $120 a bigger desk bunch of other stuff
i like to do amateur drawings when i'm not gaming |

| Laptops are fantastic if you need the portability. I think I would go insane if I had a desktop instead of my laptop because I take it all over the place. |

| If you are looking at Alienware, don't do it. Alienware is overpriced. You can get a regular laptop, buy all the advanced hardware for almost half the price of Alienware products. |
