@360- I'm already fairly fit. I can knock out 40 pushups easily, with 60-65 being my max. That's far better then a lot of people. I just haven't been doing them every day, so I just shocked my body tonight by doing a crap ton of pushups and situps. So i'm gonna be sore as hell for a few days, but i'll be able to get back into doing them.
So hopefully i'll be fine.
I did 2 sets of pyramids, 10 each.

i try to do 100 every to 3 days
in sets of 20 with 2 min breaks(wut can i say)
and situps I do 80 (which is fairly easy) |

120 sit ups daily in sets of 30 200 sit ups daily in sets of 50 100 pull ups in sets of 25 sometimes I end up doing 300 calfraises in sets of 75 but not often |

I normally do a handful of pullups, in sets of 15-20. Cause i'm going to Ft Jackson, and I know they love those pullup bars. I don't have a pullup bar at my moms house, so im stuck with the basics.
